44pc construction works of 3rd terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal Int’l Airport completed

State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism Md Mahbub Ali has said some 44.15 percent construction works of third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka have been completed.

He said the progress work of this mega project has exceeded expectation. It would be possible to launch this third terminal in October 2023.

Md Mahbub revealed this information in a media briefing after inspecting the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport today (Monday).

He said after completion of construction works of third terminal at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, it would be possible to serve 2.20crore passengers in a year through three international terminals of this airport.
